After checking out, we'll send an email to your recipient, guiding them to our online skin assessment. We will then analyse their skin health and needs, taking into account their skin concerns, their lifestyle, environment. Each ingredient that goes into their personalised skincare regimen is carefully curated for them. All gift sets include a handwritten note with your personalised message, so that your recipient knows the gift is from you ;)

Step 2: Save your gift details by clicking on ‘Save My Gift’. This will allows us to capture the details that will accompany your personalised gift set order, such as your recipient's name, the message to your recipient and a delivery date* of your choosing.
Step 3: Click on ‘Checkout Gift’ after saving your gift details, and follow the payment flow as indicated. Our Customer Support team will contact you if we’ve any questions.
*Valid for all days of the week except Sundays. Please note that we require a minimum of 5 working days to process gift orders to Singapore addresses, and up to 10 working days for the other countries as listed.
Expected Delivery Times, by Country Estimates include both order processing and shipping time. After you’ve placed an order, please allow 4-5 business days to receive your shipping confirmation with tracking details.

After saving your gift and checking out, we'll send an email to your recipient (we'll keep you copied, too!), guiding them to take our online skin assessment. We'll drop them a gentle reminder in a few days, in the event they missed the email.
Saving your gift allows us to capture the details that will accompany your personalised gift set order, such as your recipient's name, the message to your recipient and a delivery date of your choosing (we require a minimum of 2 working days to process local orders in Singapore and up to 2 weeks for international deliveries, depending on country). Checking out means that you have purchased the gift and made the order.
We currently ship to Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Indonesia, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Austria, the UK, the US (yes, all 50 beautiful states) and Canada. As of now, we only ship directly to postal addresses. We’ll work backwards to ensure that your gift reaches your recipient on your pre-selected delivery date*.

As our skincare regimens are 100% clean-beauty and personalised, we're confident the products will work for your recipient—so much that we will offer a complimentary reformulation* on each order.
Your recipient can get in touch with us at support@lovefromyours.com with their email ID, within 7 days of receiving their gift and let us know what went wrong, including before and after photos of their skin, highlighting any skin troubles, so that we can understand how to serve them better.
*Limited to 1 reformulation for each gift set order. Please note that we will not be able to provide a reformulation if their skin assessment was not accurately filled in, as we use their responses to personalise their skincare regimen.
