Your personalised regimen is designed to last up to two months with everyday use.
If left unopened, our products have a three-year shelf life. Upon opening, we highly recommend that products are used within 12 months, for best results.
We recommend you to store products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight in a cool and dry environment. Similarly, avoid storing your products in extremely hot or cold places—while temperature does not directly impact product efficacy, it may impact texture.
All except for our eye serum—leave it in the freezer for 2-3 minutes before use, for a soothing, cooling chill from the metal ball roller—this will help with de-puffing your under-eye area.
Yes, you can use other products with Yours personalised skincare routine (just be sure to stay away from products with toxic ingredients— learn more about these here). For best results, we recommend using Yours on its own, as products within our regimen are designed to complement each other.
Your personalised face serum contains active ingredients that would help combat your skin concerns, and your daily moisturiser helps to hydrate and protect your skin from pollution, dirt and impurities. A day cream works differently from a night cream—the former helps to keep your skin moisturised during the day, while the night cream nourishes, repairs and restores your skin as you sleep.

Dead skin cells build up on the surface of your skin over time. This traps oil and dirt in your pores, causing blackheads, acne and dullness. Exfoliation is the process of buffing away dead skin cells and dirt that clogs your pores, reducing blackheads, clearing acne and refining skin texture. Think of exfoliation as detoxifying your skin, clearing it to allow your skincare products to absorb better. The end result? A truly clean slate for healthy, radiant skin!
A physical exfoliator uses small granules to exfoliate your face mechanically—it typically contains microbeads or small solid granules made from natural ingredients like nutshells, fruit pits or sugar.
Natural physical exfoliators tend to have rough, uneven granules, which can be too abrasive for your face’s delicate skin. This can cause micro-tearing, damaging your skin in the long run. Keep this in mind: the larger and coarser the particle, the more harmful it is for your skin.
Chemical exfoliants are much gentler on the skin. They contain acids or enzymes which remove dead skin cells and aid cell turnover. There are a few different types of acids – including AHAs (alpha-hydroxy acids), BHAs (beta-hydroxy acids) and PHAs (poly hydroxy acids) – which do different things for your skin. One of the most common types are oil-soluble BHAs (which you’ll find in Clean Slate). They have skin-soothing properties and can penetrate deeper layers of the skin and pore-lining to exfoliate from within.
We recommend exfoliating once or twice a week, for example, every Wednesday and Sunday, allowing enough breathing space in between! If you have dry or sensitive skin, keep exfoliation to once a week. Most importantly, listen to your skin – if it shows signs of skin irritation or dryness, exfoliate less often.
Your skin is sensitive post-exfoliation, so we suggest only doing it at night before bed to avoid sun damage. Always apply your serum and moisturiser 15-30 minutes after you’ve exfoliated (so the ingredients have time to absorb and work their magic), and ensure you wear SPF the next day—as always!
It’s tempting to exfoliate frequently to get supple, smooth skin, but it’s important not to over-exfoliate! This can compromise your skin’s protective moisture barrier, resulting in dehydration. Your skin may feel irritated or inflamed, and you may experience redness, peeling or dryness. Breakouts – usually occurring as small pimples or bumps – and increased sensitivity to other products in your skincare routine are also signs that you’re over-exfoliating.
Always exfoliate at night before bed to avoid sun damage. Your skin can be sensitive post-exfoliation so it’s best to avoid harmful UV rays. Always apply your serum and moisturiser 15-30 minutes after you’ve exfoliated (so the ingredients have time to absorb and work their magic), and ensure you wear SPF the next day—as always!
If it’s your first time exfoliating, you should always do a small patch test on the side of your neck or the inside of your wrist. Gently work the pad in circular motions on a small section of your skin to check for allergies or any adverse reactions. A slight tingling sensation is perfectly normal––this means the active ingredients are working and are exfoliating your skin.
Always exfoliate after cleansing your face, and follow up with your serum and moisturiser. Ensure you wear SPF the next day (as always!) because your skin will be sensitive to the sun’s harmful rays. Additionally, make sure to avoid exfoliating after any bleach or laser facial treatments.
Clean Slate is a gentle chemical exfoliant, with only 0.1% salicylic acid in its formulation—perfect if you are new to exfoliation and are looking to introduce it into your skincare routine. It also includes Green Tea leaf extract, which is naturally exfoliating and purifying.
Other active ingredients in the formulation, like Centella Asiatica, Chamomile extracts, Arginine and Sodium Hyaluronate, help to restore your skin’s moisture, as well as calm, protect and revitalise it.
AHAs (Alpha Hydroxy Acids) are water-soluble. This means they dissolve on your skin’s surface, exfoliating only the very top layer of your skin.
PHAs (Poly Hydroxy Acids) are similar to AHAs. As PHA molecules are larger, they work exclusively to exfoliate the top layers of your skin, which evens skin tone and texture.
BHAs (Beta Hydroxy Acid) are oil-soluble. This means they can penetrate deeper layers of your skin to exfoliate from within. They can dissolve sebum, impurities and dead skin build-up that clogs pores and leads to breakouts and acne. BHAs also naturally have anti-inflammatory and antibacterial properties, which help keep blackheads and whiteheads at bay.
We designed Clean Slate with BHAs, so you can exfoliate deeper and solve blackhead, whitehead and clogged pores issues which lead to breakouts. It’s also packed with ultra-hydrating active ingredients like Sodium Hyaluronate and Arginine, that counteracts dryness that typically happens after exfoliating.
Yes––your skin naturally sheds dead cells, and that applies to your entire body! If you experience back acne or random breakouts on your limbs or torso, feel free to exfoliate those areas using Clean Slate! It works just the same way to buff away dead skin and impurities, leaving you with smooth, radiant, healthy skin.
No, you don’t need to rinse off after exfoliating with Clean Slate. Salicylic acid (a BHA) in the formulation gently dissolves dead skin by breaking the bonds that hold these cells together. This removes build-up and excess oils that cause dull skin, blackheads, whiteheads and blemishes. It can take anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes for the ingredients to work and fully absorb into your skin. Plus, it’s packed with nourishing active ingredients that your skin will gladly soak up!
Yes! The exfoliant pads are made of a cotton-blend and are recyclable with textiles. The outer tub packaging is made of Polypropylene (PP), a 100% recyclable thermoplastic polymer widely used for different products. The inside cap is made of Polyethylene (PE), which is fully recyclable as well.

Not all products in a skincare regimen require personalisation, and sunscreen is one of them. As a broad spectrum sunscreen, Sunny Side Up provides more than sufficient daily protection for all skin types under typical sun exposure conditions. All active ingredients have been carefully chosen to complement all skin profiles.
Yes, sunscreen is an essential part of any skincare routine, and we encourage users to wear Sunny Side Up as the last step of their day skincare routine, and reapplying SPF by spritzing on, every 3 hours.
All of our products are safe to use in combination with other skincare products and makeup; however, for maximum efficacy we encourage customers to use Sunny Side Up with Yours products. All the ingredients and formulations within our regimen have been stringently tested for compatibility, and are designed to complement each other.

The skin on your face is thinner and more sensitive to irritation, hence it is recommended that you use sunscreen that is formulated for the face, like Sunny Side Up! Additionally, facial sunscreens are lighter and can be absorbed easily so you can layer it with makeup and other skincare products.
Yes you do – to keep it light and less opaque, SPF values in most cosmetic products are much lower, and hence insufficient for adequate sun protection. Additionally, SPF absorption tends to be lower when it comes to cosmetic products containing SPF, which suggests that it is less effective than using an actual sunscreen.
While no sunscreen can block all UV rays, Sunny Side Up is a broad spectrum sunscreen mist that offers protection against 97% of UVA and UVB rays as well as blue light. In fact, a similar SPF50 sunscreen would add only 1-2% more protection than a SPF30 sunscreen. For daily urban wear, SPF30 provides effective all-day broad spectrum protection.
Like any sunscreen, regular reapplication is essential to getting the most out of your sunscreen, and we recommend that Sunny Side Up be reapplied every three hours for the best results.
Although we don’t use any toxic ingredients, pregnant women are advised to use mineral sunscreens over chemical sunscreens.
Sunny Side Up lasts two to three months with daily use (dependent on frequency of SPF reapplication).

Yes, it is made with sunscreen filters approved in Switzerland by the European Commission’s cosmetic ingredient regulations. The perfect UV filter powering Sunny Side Up is found in the Swiss Buddleja flower that grows in high altitudes up in the Swiss Alps. It has adapted to survive high solar radiation, and developed a natural ability to protect against harmful UV rays and blue light.

You can select the frequency you’d like to receive your set (every 30 or 60 days.)
