Cleanse morning and night, even if you don't wear makeup. Excess oil, and micro particles from pollution can build up on your skin throughout the day, and while you sleep, you also naturally release excess oils and toxins. Cleansing helps to clear this gunk out!
Cleanse with lukewarm water. Washing your face with cold or hot water damages your skin and its natural moisture barrier, and should be avoided.
Don't rush through your cleansing step! While you cleanse, gently and carefully massage your skin in circular motions for a few minutes to boost blood circulation and collagen production.
Gently pat dry with a soft face towel after you've finished cleansing. Don't rub as this will tug and pull and your skin and can lead to premature ageing!
